**DON'T LET THE GEOGRAPHY FOOL YOU! I CAN DRIVE FROM HERE TO FOOTSCRAY IN THE SAME TIME IT TOOK TO DRIVE FROM TOORAK TO RICHMOND!!** I have a very tidy spare room in a 3 bedroom house in Arnold's Creek, Melton. The room easily fits a queen bed and side tables or shelves etc. and also features a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house features ducted heating, two bathrooms, a theatre room, a double lock up garage, a large rear living area and a decent size yard. A little about me: I work full time. I have a small dog (miniature schnauzer) that is an inside dog, very loyal to her pack (that will be you too) but will bark at your visitors! Schnauzers don't malt so there will be no hair on things. I'm generally into living quietly but don't go without some celebration now and then. I'm a video game freak and sell them for a living. I collect comics. I also DJ. I am vegequarian (a vegetarian that cheats by eating seafood). I guess some would refer to me as alternative, and appreciate this in others too, though it's hardly a requirement. The other tenant is a woman in her late 20's working part time. Hmmm, what else? The house is an easy drive to shops. Public transport is available for the patient PT'er, that being a bus to the train station, but you'll likely need a car here. If smoking needs to be done it is appreciated outside or in the garage (we smoke). The only outside noise around here comes from construction, but double glazed windows keep it to a minimum. The house is mostly furnished and you won't need much but you will need a bed! Also, the whole rent plus bills vs. rent/bills combined thing can be negotiated.
