The room to rent is semi furnished (modestly), there is a bed, wardrobe and tv if needed or other requirements could be provided within reason. eg linen. Lutana is about 5km from Hobart city.
The house is undergoing a minor renovation at the moment but still very livable. Wireless internet connection.
About me, I'm a tradesmen, easy going and hard working and i will respect your privacy in return.
Rent is 130 per week plus, power, water, internet is included.
I would prefer a female housemate due to unreliable male ones in the past. Employed or student is also preferred.
