My name is Jess and I have one room for rent at my house in Wynnum West. It is a furnished room- either a double or a single.
There is a bus stop about 50m from the house, and the closest train station is about a 5min walk. So it is great for someone if they are looking to use public transport.
I'm looking for a clean and tidy, preferably female room mate. It is only me and my puppy Lucy at the house, so a liking to dogs would be a good thing.
I'm 26yrs, professional, love to cook great food, keep fit and have fun. At the house there is everything you'll need- double fridge, washing machine, dryer, tv, optus tv, internet etc.
Just looking for someone to move in, who is clean and tidy, loves a laugh etc.
