Hi *The modern apartment has air conditioning washing machine is furnished and ready to move into.*Your room has a bed and desk and built in wardrobe and you mostly have the main bathroom to yourself that also houses the washing machine which i will need to use sometimes.*Nice quiet neighbourhood with street parking.*Train station is 1 block away(4 minute walk) and buses to the city similar distance (just check google maps for lacation)*20 minutes to Brisbane city by train*8 minutes to park road station( for UQ St Lucia Campus)*10 minutes to Brisbane Cuty and the Valley by car.*I am a 19 year old architecture student at UQ my girlfriend moved out to Canberra for a course at UC visiting me once a month so i am looking for a friendly clean (moderately quiet living) and reliable flatmate who can look after themselves can pay rent on time and put in reasonable effort in cleaning their mess but wouldnt mind someone who is up for a drink or go out on the weekends. Not interested in loud parties at my place upsetting the neighbours but having people over sometimes is fine.
