The townhouse is located in Greenslopes, 5 minute walking distance to the IGA and the bus stop. There is an express bus service to the city (15mins). Rent also includes car park.
You will be sharing with two professional females aged 28 to 35 and cute white Moodle dog (maltese x poodle), both are easy going and great sense of humour.
Rent is $180 per week paid fortnightly in advance, 1/3 of bills and 4 weeks bond.
