Room available right next to the centre of Toowong

Hi all, My apartment mate (brother) is looking to move out, so I will have a room available in Toowong. Details are: Well sized 2 bedroom single floor apartment pretty much next to the centre of Toowong. You'll be living with a 29 year old male, of which I'm a bedroom DJ – I love my tunes but am respectful to the other persons needs. I'm also a self confessed gym / fitness person. I'm clean, tidy and work full time. I like to party every now and again, but, I'm not really interested in coming home and finding ravers recovering in the apartment on weekends. A good size deck is also at the apartment. I have an Internet connection (although this is in my brothers name – we might be able to transfer it over to my name), and can split the bill if need be. The bedroom itself won't be furnished. There is a close down door garage for the apartment on the complex as well. Washing machine, dryer, fridge, and dish washer. Rent is currently $440 per fortnight. Close to shops, public transport, restaurants / pubs, gym. Utility bill (gas/power) is usually around $380 every 3 months (split 2 ways). Preferably in the mid to late 20's, but won't knock back a clean, tidy and reliable person.
