Hi, I’m a 31 year old male seeking a housemate to share a large 3 bedroom house in Mount Gravatt East with a great pool. Central between Carindale and Garden City Shopping Centres, close to bus stops and Griffith University.
The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge and there is also a portable air conditioner and cable internet. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and nice views into the back yard. The property has a pool with seats and spa jets, a sauna with a change room and, a huge backyard with a scenic picnic area and off-street parking.
I’m an outgoing friendly person who is also respectful of others privacy. I moved to QLD from SA this year and am always keen to meet new people and socialise. Ideally, I am looking for a fun and social 24-35yo non-smoker who is willing to share chores, is clean and will pay rent on time.
