Hi there, ABOUT ME: I am a 24 year old full time student/ full time professional on the search for a housemate to share my ground floor unit with me. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom with a yard. ABOUT THE OFFER: For $160 per week you can have a double sized room (can fit a bed, bedside and chest of drawers nicely) with a big double mirrored wardrobe as well as the main bathroom all to yourself (as I have an ensuite in my bedroom) The power bill is the only bill you need to contribute to. This is usually around $100 each a quarter. While I have all my furniture throughout the house, you will need everything for your bedroom/bathroom. Located on a quiet suburban street there is plenty of parking out the front of the building. Fun people live in the units above too if you'd like to make friends with others in the building. ABOUT YOU: You will need to be an animal lover (and not allergic) as I have pets. They're adorable and I'm sure you'll love them in no time! They're low maintenance anyway. Please don't enquire if you need to bring pets like a cat or a dog, as I have two cats already, and there is also a tonne of body corp related things to getting a new animal into the building.
