The room has a queen size bed, own ensuite, built-in robes, balcony, two full length window screens. The downstairs has air-conditioning, back patio undercover,bbq, great for eating outside and chilling out.. The complex has swimming pool, tennis court, plenty of parking, security gates, close to Chermisde shopping centre, public transport, 20minutes from airport and gateway, 7km form CBD. Looking for any gender between 25 yrs and 40 non smoker, must have fulltime work, friendly, and non vegetarian please. The rent includes gas and electricity, all cleaning products, garbage bags, toilet paper for downstairs etc but does not inlcude all other expenses such as food or internet. The rent is $180.00p/w room is very nice and balcony has already a table and chairs to relax on with a drink or coffee. Sorry no photo but take my word nicely furnished with kitchen having all the bells and whistles,,linen is also supplied if necessary, two weeks rent in advance and one weeks bond.
