Hi I am a 42 yo, very clean and tidy, school teacher, single mother with three well behaved children (9 and 15 yo boys and 10 yo girl). I am looking for a single border (gender or orientation not important) who would like to share my house. I have 1 bedroom available ($150) in a large comfortable and modern house. The bedroom has a comfortable double ensemble bed with side tables and built-in wardrobe (shelves down one side and and hanging space on the other two sides. You will need to share the bathroom with the other occupants. The house consists of: *4 bedrooms *2 bathrooms *2 lounge areas *large kitchen *dining *2 fireplaces *pool and outdoor entertainment area. *5 min walk to "150" or "140" bus stop which goes to Sunnybank, Garden City or about 30 mins direct to Brisbane city. Frequent bus services available to get to pretty much anywhere. I use it myself sometimes. *Conveniently located down the road from supermarket, doctor, chemist, video store, pizza shop, fish and chip shop, Italian Restaurant, cafe, hairdresser, and bottle shop - only 10 mins walk away. The main bathroom pictured is allocated for the use of the tenants occupying the house. One lockup garage space is also available as well as plenty of off-street parking in a very quiety and secure area. Electricity costs are extra. Must provide your own phone, and contribute to chores. Tennants should be easy to get along with, clean, tidy, responsible and respectful of others and property.
