Large yard which backs onto a huge park and Enogerra Ck, which has bike ways to the City, Kelvin Grove, The Gap an Mt Cootha. The bus is very close, just around the corner and very frequent to City an Loop. There is an Olympic size pool close by, an many shops, Newmarket Hotel ect. We are 5kms from the City center, but situated right in the middle of much park an bushland, so close (10mins to CBD) yet so pleasant.
