I have a furnished room with Queen Sized Bed, Built In Robes availabe now. My apartment is in a high-rise with wonderful city and river views from inside the unit and off the large balcony. The unit has 2 bathrooms and is air conditioned. My apartment block has 2 pools (one heated), spa, sauna and tennis court. A short 5 minute walk to Southbank or QUT. I have all the mod cons (including Foxtel) and happily supply linen and washing machine. There is no undercover car accom but off street parking/visitor parking permits. I work long hours so would enjoy finding a mature independant person who is tidy and self sufficient - have enjoyed the company of Professors from Qld Uni or QUT before. 'Share house chores. Prefer someone over 35 who is clean & tidy, and respectful.
