Looking for easy going flatmate to share Indooroopilly home

I have a few spare rooms in my 5 bedroom house in Indooroopilly which is in a secluded pocket of Indooroopilly (on a looping no-through road), neighbouring Chapel Hill, where only trees can be seen from the deck that overlooks a park. There is plenty of street parking as houses are only on one side of the street with trees, a small creek and park/playground on the other.
There are a few different bus stops near the house which take people in a few different directions eg to the City, Qld Uni or further west (Kenmore, etc) and south (Fig Tree Pocket). Other public transport options are the Indooroopilly train station which is 15-20+ mins walk, depending on your pace. The house is 150m from the western freeway bikeway, if you’re that fitness way inclined and the city is 8+kms away by car. The corner shops are also very close (3 mins across the small park) and the much larger Indooroopilly Shoppingtown is up over a few hills.
The rooms are smallish and most are furnished but size-wise they can fit a double bed, side table and chest of drawers but the furniture can be stored elsewhere if you prefer to bring your own. The rooms have built-in cupboards and the upstairs ones have views of the backyard (grass, fruit trees, greenhouse, tin shed, etc).
The downstairs area has recently been renovated which added two small rooms along with a bathroom, kitchen and living area. The rest of the house is fully furnished with a dining room table, couches, outdoor deck furniture, BBQ, many-a kitchen utensil, et al.
