Hi I have a large modern 4 bedroom 2 bathroom aircon house at Forest Lake which I am looking to share with 1 other person, 5 mins walk to major shops and express buses and 5mins bus ride to Richlands train station. I have 2 private rooms available with built inns, screens and blinds. All electricity,water,and wifi are included, there is off street parking and also a huge double size living room for you to use which you can easily fit 3 piece lounge,tv unit,bookshelf,pool table,etc. I am a responsible, fun, easy going 37yr old separated Father of 2 beautiful young Daughters whom stay 1 night a week in their own room at the other end of the house. I keep busy with work in blue collar management and have many interests. I am looking for someone that is responsible and has similar values that can feel comfortable and relaxed sharing with me. I enjoy a drink and a friendly chat but also appreciate my own time and am aware others do too. I enjoy getting out and about often with my Daughters and also myself so I do not spend a lot of time at home. It would be best if you send me a message so we could arrange a chat and for you to look at the house. Both rooms are currently rented though a change in circumstances for my current housemate means he needs to move out when I find a new suitable housemate.
