Indooroopilly - close to UQ and transport to city

I have a house in Indooroopiily. Underneath my house is a self contained area with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, lounge room and hallway. There is a patio off this area. It has a separate entrance to my home. Microwave and full size fridge/freezer. to share with other room mate. No oven/stove but welcome to use the one in my house upstairs. Bedrooms have good quality single bed, with linen and doonas, desk and chair, lamp, fan/heater as needed. Easy chair. Lounge has separate sofa, a table and chairs for meals, and access to the patio.
Bedroom 1, has a window and natural light. Bedroom 2 has no window or natural light, but light coming from the outside when the door is open. Bedroom 2 is cheaper for this reason. Bedroom 2 has more storage. I have used this area for a few years for international students, some whom have been very happy and stayed for up to 2 years. Oh, I have 2 children, both girls, and 2 dogs, also girls. We are an animal loving household. I'd consider another dog, but can't do cats sorry as one of them might eat your cat, and that wouldn't be a good thing. She might love your cat, but don't want to risk it.
Currently, both rooms are tentanted, but both will be available again in January 2012.
