I have a room to rent in a large 2 storey house air conditioned house.
Sharing with 1 female late 30's, who keeps a clean place, and I take pride in my belongs and enjoys quiet time at homes, not into wild parties.
My place has 2 lounge rooms (1 downstairs & 1 upstairs) so you have your own privacy and own lounge area.
Ideal place as gives you the whole of upstairs for yourself, so would be part like a granny flat, to give you privacy.
The plus for the warm summer months is the bedroom has air conditioner / and for winter its a reverse cycle heater, and also a ceiling fan.
The room is large enough for a queen bed, besides and a tallboy, and also has built in wardrobes, (as per photos).
The house has 4 bedrooms 3 upstairs and I have the bedroom downstairs.
The train station is about a 5 minute walk away and takes you directly into the city, in 30 minutes.
Is a quiet area with off street parking.
Upstairis has a separate walk in linen cupboard available for additional storage and can fit a desk in the living area.
The lounge room upstairs has 2 couches, TV, DVD supplied, giving own space.
Bathroom with shower and separate bath, toilet, and an additional toilet downstairs.
Some kitchen appliances and dinnerware supplied.
Cover outdoor area for entertaining.
Looking for a single person, couple or 2 friends up to 45 years.
Extremely clean and looking for someone who will help with weekly household chores.
You must be honest, clean, neat & tidy, with a sense of humour.
Working or students will be considered.
This is not a party house and looking for clean, quiet housemates that can clean up after themselves.
Rent $180.00 per week + bond + electricity.
Kitty for cleaning products, kitchen essentials (e.g. dishwashing liquid, cloths, spices, coffee & tea etc) of $15 each a month
Bedroom furniture can be supplied if required, additional costs.
