I am looking for a professional male or female flatmate to share my large courtyard apartment situated right on the river.
Ideally you are a full-time working professional aged between 25-38 (approx). I'm the owner of the the apartment and heading overseas and I need someone to share my apartment with my current flatmate. The whole unit will be left completely furnished. You will be sharing with a 25 year old male engineer from europe who's friendly, worldly and a pretty good cook :)
We are looking for a personable, respectful, fun and considerate flatmate who is healthy and drug free. Clean and tidy is an absolute must, especially in a share living arrangement. Looking for someone who's social yet not a party animal.
The room is beautifully furnished with a queen size bed, bedside tables and a decent sized BIR, plus your own bathroom.
The complex has a great pool, gym and sauna. For those who work in the city, the apartment is very close to various ferry stops. The apartment is located a stones throw away from the Storybridge Hotel. Also a short walk to the City and Valley.
Four weeks rent will be required for bond + shared internet, electricty, etc
