I currently rent an older two and a half bedroom house in Chermside. I am looking for a quiet and relaxed person who is after a room to rent. It is an small post war house that I keep clean and tidy, however the internal paintwork and fixtures show the age of the place (when I first rented I fought through it!). I would prefer a student or would be happy with a full time worker. I am a professional who works 9-5 Mon-Fri, doesn't mind a beer, am easy going and relaxed. I love music, so there is normally something playing in the house, I also play guitar and love watching sports on Foxtel. Photo's coming very soon.
