Dear future roommate, We are a group of three girls (aged between 22-26) that are all full time professionals. During the school week we tend to be bit quiet due to the early mornings. No one likes a grouch! We are friendly, considerate, laid back, hygienic (But not ocd) and amazingly funny:P We live in a quiet and friendly estate in the northern suburb of Brisbane. We are situated about a 12 minute walk from the train station and buses are 5 minutes away. It takes approximately 30 mins to get into the city on express trains. In the mornings trains run every 10 minutes till 9.30am. We are also 35 mins driving distance from the Sunshine Coast Beaches. The room on offer features a built-in cupboard and a ceiling fan. It will fit a queen and other small furniture. The house has a pool and dishwasher. Outside is a big entertaining area for when we have bbqs and the occasional get togethers with our/your friends. What we are looking for in a roommate is someone who fits in well with us. They will be respectable, considerate, clean and have an amazing sense of humor. Please note that amazing cooking skills is a bonus! (Hermit crabs need not apply). We will accept small house trained pets (that will get along with another cat).
