2 ROOMS AVAILABLE IN MAY/JUNE.......A four bedroom modern house in Holland Park that is less than 10 minutes to the city and in close walking distance to the busway. Generally its an easy going , quiet house through the week but we all like to shine a little on the weekends. There are 2 rooms available, 1 room is unfurnished with timber floors and a built in wardrobe and the other room is much the same but furnished . The rest of the house is fully furnished and has aircon throughout including the bedrooms.Rent is $150 a week and if needed there is endless fast wireless internet for about $4 per week per person. The only other bills are power and gas that are just split equally between everyone in the house. I will pay the water :) The house does have a double lock up garage but unfortunately they have been taken . There is plenty of free street parking that is always available just out the front.
