Hi, I have a beautiful new home in Wynnum West and am looking to fill a vacant room. My last room mate had to move out suddenly due to job transfer. I am looking for full time uni student or professional worker. The home is in walking distance to shops, bus stop and quick drive to train station (20 mins to city by train or 30 by car - 20 on a good traffic free day). Located in a quiet street, great neighbourhood - with on street parking available. Rent is $150 per week in addition to split in utilities (gas & electricity) but they are very affordable - even for a student as it is an Energy efficient home and owner/room mate very energy concious to save $$. 1 still very new carpeted bedroom is currently available with built in robe and ceiling fan. The main bathroom is shared with one other roomie. Share kitchen and main living areas - all these areas furnished (with new items). Looking for a room mate who: Does not have pets Is a strictly non smokers please (social or other) Female room mate Would like a respectful, clean, friendly, easy going and honest room mate. I don't mind socialising but also respect the privacy of my roomies and don't mind them taking time out for themselves. It's not really a party house so its great for a uni student who enjoys the quiet on weekends/days. Get to live a full time mature worker who is friendly, family orientated, social, very clean and honest with a good sense of humour and likes a laugh. Don't mind saying hello and talking about your day with you or sitting down to watch some tv or a movie. Built a great friendship with my last room mate.
