Seeking housemate for gorgeous 3 bedroom house in Central Ballarat. House is fully furnished ,1 bathroom (shower over bath), medium sized backyard and on and off street car parking.
Room for rent is the smaller of the three rooms. Has a single built in robe and shelving built into one wall ideal for storage (good for shoes or wickers baskets filled with things)
The room can fit a queen size bed and bedside table. Is currently furnished with a single bed, bed can be left in room if required.
$110 per week or $477.66 per month.
Agreement also includes 1 months bond in advance, utilities are split three ways. There is no established internet connection or home phone line. No pets. Looking for someone working professionally or a mature age student.
You'll be sharing the house with one male, one female (not a couple)
