Room awaits new housemate

The flat is on the second floor situated in a nice quiet area of East Side. From here it is roughly a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and even closer to other amenities and shops in the local neighbourhood. The housemate (me) is new to the Alice, having lived here for a few months now. I have a 9-5 job. I am a reasonably quiet and private person, but I do enjoy socialising.
Im definately looking for someone reliable that is willing to do their fair share of the housework. Not a neat freak but not a slob either. Other than that just someone I can get along well with.
The room comes with a balcony and a built in wardrobe. The flat has air conditioning but not the room itself.
