Rooms for rent in a great location half way between Middleton Beach and Town. Older style house but some refurbishments and a nice vibe- plus fully firnished with all the mod cons. You can choose between two bedrooms, one with water views and the other overlooking Mt Clarence. Im a 25 year old who loves champagne and good food, pretty cruisy and while neat, Im not a clean freak so you can feel comfortable living there. You will basically have the house to yourself 80 percent of the time as I am staying at my partners house (30 minutes away) most of the time and will only stay at the house when i have a late appointment in Albany. Price is $200 per week for one or two rooms. Price includes all bills.
