Hi, I am an easy going 28yr old professional.I like to train hard through the week and have fun on the weekends. I am very easy going and like to have a laugh but I am mainly looking for someone who is respectful and clean. I have a 2 bedroom unit, and am looking to rent out the spare bedroom. The room is not furnished, though the living area and kitchen are all sorted. There is a double lock up garage and it is close to public transport while only being 7km from the city. Also close to Linear park bike/walking track.
Bills such as water and electricity are not included.
