Hey guys I will have a room available for $150 a week, I am moving out bush for work. You will be sharing with 3 of my friends, they are great guys and are always welcoming. The house is literally around the corner from jetty road, and all the restaurants / bars and public transport. But also far enough away to be quiet. There is high speed internet with a huge download limit, but bills are not included in the rent. The house is pretty large, has ample storage space, a large garage, loungeroom, sunroom (can be used as a gym), back yard, hills hoist, bathroom with bath and separate toilet, large kitchen, massive driveway (can fit 5 cars easily), etc.. My current housemates work weekdays but generally not weekends. There is a $825 bond, it is a little steep but as long as you don't trash the house you will get it all back when you move out. The lease is for the next 11 months but if you need to move out before that just find someone else to move in.
