Looking for 1 friendly and neat housemate to share with a cute 3bdr house in Collinswood with me. I am a medical student currently studying at the University of Adelaide and I'm very sociable, tidy and won't be intruding on your privacy all the time. I would prefer to find housemates who are easy-going, fun,responsible, between the ages of 18-25, who help keep the kitchen clean and wouldn't mind hanging out once in a while. Females only, preferably Uni students. Please no pets or smokers. The house is close to uni so it'd be great for students and there is plenty of transport either from North East Rd or from Main North Rd to the city or to the northern suburbs. It's a 5 minute drive from the city, and a 10min bus ride. Also if you are not a keen cook, there's a Mcdonalds right round the corner and plenty of takeaway stores. Currently there is 1 bedroom available, and has plenty of room for all the necessities. The house has 1 bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, but also has 2 toilets. The spacious living room has north facing colonial windows providing a sunny aspect plus reverse cycle air conditioning for all year round comfort. The well laid out kitchen is adjacent the living room.The house features private front & rear gardens and has wide street frontage. The property is in a secure location, and include security doors, and a lockable gate. I've moved into the smallest room and I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the house while it was still empty, but I found the ad for when the house was for sale (none of the furniture in the pics are there now). My parents have furnished everything inside the house except for the bedrooms, and we have electricity, gas and internet all organised. Can't wait to hear from you! :)
