I have a small dog (miniature schnauzer) that is an inside dog, very loyal to her pack (that will be you too) but will bark at your visitors! Schnauzers don't malt so there will be no hair on things. I'm generally into living quietly but don't go without some celebration now and then. I'm a video game freak and sell them for a living. I collect comics. I also DJ, occasionally transforming the place into a beast of wires and sound. I am vegequarian (a vegetarian that cheats by eating seafood). I guess some would refer to me as alternative, and appreciate this in others too, though it's hardly a requirement. The other tenant is a woman in her late 20's working part time. Hmmm, what else? The house is an easy drive to shops. Public transport is available for the patient PT'er, that being a bus to the train station, but you'll likely need a car here. If smoking needs to be done it is appreciated outside or in the garage (we smoke). The only outside noise around here comes from construction, but double glazed windows keep it to a minimum. The house is mostly furnished and you won't need much but you will need a bed! Also, the whole rent plus bills vs. rent/bills combined thing can be negotiated.

'm looking for people to move into 2 rooms we have spare. single room is $125 pw and the triple is $150 a week 4 a single person or $180 for 2 people (per room) - one weeks bond and a week in advance. That means 250, 300 or 360 straight up depending on how many people move in, conditional on our rentals approval. At the moment i have living here myself, Anthony and Anne. I usually work 12 hour shift work (but not reciently, Anne is a student and babysits i think, you might get to see her once a week. and anthony is a qualified hairdresser and also works at Coles in Ascot. We do like to socialize and have a few drinks on the balcony or go beach or festivals when we can. The balcony is set up as an entertainment area. We hav a fridge, some tvs, computers, couches, tables etc. I will try to post some photos of the house, balcony/lounge-room/backyard and the room. If they don't show i can e mail or text/pxt them through. Its a big place, a queenslander - lots of storage, a balcony that goes half way around the house, fenced yard secure for a car or two. This is a very secure home and all gates must remain locked at all times. The rooms very large / small and can come semi furnished. Meaning if you don't have any furnishings we can put in there a few things. We have beds, TVs, couches etc if needed. The room is quite big so all that could fit in there. Also linen is available and cutlery etc. Also i have a few mobile air conditioners if it gets too hot. Bills will be divided up (internet, gas, power etc). Very good area close to everything bus stop out the front takes you straight to the city/valley, also the train does too. Very close to city/valley, airport and toombul centro.We can maybe have a pet if we ask the real estate. but forms will have to be filled in.Shops and tab and bowls club and bus stop 50meters if that away and train station is 100meters. 5 0r ten mins via car to the city, 18 minutes via train (hourly)to the city and.26 minutes on bus, 10 mins to westfeild centro shopping centre via bus (comes every half hour rush hour, 15 mins walk to a translink bus/train interchange at toombul westfeild. We are very placid, don't drink much. Prefer someone between 20 and 30ish, not Asian and doesn't have a lot of friends visiting. Only close trusted friends are to come over. We only have a few mates but there good ones, people we know we can leave money and i phones etc around. You need to be very clean and pick up after yourself. Also need to not be too loud except weekends or invite groups of people here. Maybe just a few people that are trusted. ........E mail is the only way to get hold of me........
